Frequently Asked Questions
No jewelry—not even solid gold or silver—is completely tarnish-proof. Any brand claiming otherwise is misleading you. What matters is quality craftsmanship and materials. Our pieces are handcrafted from brass and finished with 925 silver or 24k gold electroplating, designed to stay beautiful with proper care.
Cutting corners isn’t our style. That’s why every piece is made without nickel—a metal commonly used to lower costs despite its tendency to cause skin irritation and allergic reactions. We choose nickel-free materials for superior quality and built. Additionally, Nickel based jewellery is banned in many of the countries that we ship to.
Sorry! We no longer offer customisation on any of our styles, unless you’re placing a wholesale order with us.
