Please note Bauble Love only deals in genuine and authentic vintage old products from Afghanistan (afghan jewelry) and India (lambhani and vintage 925) These products are not newly made but have been owned and worn by tribal women. These are mint condition pieces and not perfect.
For perfect and new styles (all handcrafted styles and no two will ever be the same) please check out other available collections.
These pieces of jewelry are often thicker and moderate to heavy to wear.
They have been made approximately 50 to 60 years ago, have been owned by tribal women and hence will carry minor irregularities. This may include missing stones, chips, cuts, minor stains and discoloration . None of these are seen as defects because this is a condition of the product at the time of procurement.
Please note bracelets and cuffs will come in fixed sizes they are non adjustable. You will find this information mentioned in the product description.
Please note for earrings we have specifically mentioned the size and weight of the product in the product description. Details like thickness of piercing (if required and above the regular size), weight tolerability (for heavy weight earrings) are all mentioned in the product description.
We don't offer returns on vintage as they are all one of a kind product. These irregularities make the product unique and true to its age.

We no longer offer customisation on glass jewelry styles.
Please note we don't accept any alterations or cancellation on any pre order. If a product is pre-order, it will be stated on the product page along with the pre-order tab and the dispatch timeline.
Please note, we don’t accept cancellation or any changes to pre order apart from address and contact number.
There is often a wait list for custom pieces so please leave plenty of time when ordering. You will find dispatch timeline mentioned on the product page, and your shipping timeline will depend on the option chosen at checkout.
- Please note all discounts at Bauble Love are dynamic. The brand reserves the right to change and update the same without any prior notice.
- No two codes can be used at once. If you already have a valid coupon code with you kindly choose the coupon code you wish to use as they cannot be clubbed in any scenario.
- If you are opting for an exchange or replacement against a previous purchase made with the discount. You cannot avail the same on your exchange.
- Credit notes issued instead of exchange (with the same product) cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer on the website.
- Our discounts are very impromptu, and only orders which have the code applied will be considered, no requests will be encouraged to apply any code once the order is placed.
- Order places beyond or before discount timelines are not considered eligible for discount .
We are happy to help fix and repair any pieces you purchase on www.baublelove.in | Please note if a new product has been delivered in a damaged condition the return policy will be applicable and we will issue you a fresh piece of the same product on exchange. No questions asked.

Please connect with the team for feasibility of repair and a commercial quote (we don’t bill you for repairs, the quote is also offered by the artisan and the same will be billed to you)
Our team will share the repair time frame and costs for repair. Once approved, we will have the product picked up repaired and then delivered to you. Shipping will be charged both ways.
Please note that our pieces are handcrafted and due to that you may find slight irregularities. We would also like to mention that the colors of the products can be a little different due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor/ phone screen settings.

- We don't offer change of product once you have placed the order with us. You can however contact us for change of address and contact details (only before your order has been shipped) once shipped we cannot make any changes.
- No return - No exchange unless the product received is damaged or defective or different than what you have placed an order for. Please share unboxing video for claim. There are no exceptions to this. If you have any query we are happy to help prior to you placing the order. Information like weight of the product x measurement, nature of the material and other particulars are always highlighted in the product description for all styles on www.baublelove.in
- In case of exchange the product will be exchanged or replaced with another unit of the same design. This will be at no additional cost to you.
- From time to time styles that are sold out will be removed and not restocked. We don't offer any individual custom/made to order option on any deal product.
- Few products on special occasion will go on pre-order. This will be mentioned on the product page at the time of placing the order along with the pre-order button and the expected dispatch timeline. Please note we don’t offer any cancellations or changes to your pre-order once it has been placed. At max, we can accommodate changing it with a ship product, so you receive your order early In case, you’re not keen on waiting.
- All Glass Bangles are FINAL SALE. If you wish to claim any damages please make sure you have an unboxing video of the package.
- All styles ship in one single pouch. Gift packaging or individual product packaging is available for INR 50 per product. This is only applicable to 3 for 1800 deal section.

Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend ( saturday and sunday) ship on monday only.
If we are late in shipping your order, our team member will connect with you over email. Please ensure you share the correct contact details with us.Any delay on our end in fullfilment and shipping is informed on the website and product pages. You will also receive details on WhatsApp and email. Please ensure you are checkin the details on the website before you place an order.
For all orders within India, we offer free shipping on prepaid orders above 6000.
COD is available for select domestic pincodes for INR 200 for orders upto 6000 only and available at checkout.
For orders above 6000 only prepaid orders are accepted.
For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website
Regular Shipping:
All orders ship as per the stated timeline. Metro connections can expect delivery in 3-4 working days. Non Metro connections can expect delivery in 3-7 working days. These delivery timelines are estimates and not actuals. Delivery timelines vary on external factors of logistics partners that are outside our control.
We offer regular shipping with Delhivery, DTDC and Xpressbees.

Expedited Shipping (offered for all metro - mumbai, delhi, banglore, kolkata and chennai)

We offer expedited shipping with bluedart only.
NOTE: Pincode availability is dynamic and changes without notification from the carrier. In case bluedart is not available expedited shipping charges will be refunded back to your bank account.
Please note all orders are shipped out within 24 hours or less. (With the exception of Preorders)
We ship with reputable courier companies like delhivery and Blue dart. Tracking details will be made available on a registered email ID with us and you will receive an SMS with the tracking details from the courier partner.

All shipments are delivered within a certain time frame as mentioned on the courier partner tracking website. We try our best to have these orders delivered within the given time frame with least hassle.
In rare circumstance it may happen that the shipment has been marked delivered (Attributed to courier person), but you have not received the same please connect with the immediately within a time frame of 3 days and not more.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship all orders within 72 working hours
For International deliveries, shipping is calculated basis your order value and available at checkout at the time of placing your order.
All international orders take 7-15 working days to get delivered. Please refer to international shipping tab for more. This depends on your country, duty and custom clearance timelines. At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control.
If your order is delayed beyond 4 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order. Please note this clause will not be applicable for holiday season of thanksgiving, Christmas Etc.
Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of shipping. We will send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

Bauble Love insures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept a signature by them as well as their photo ID as evidence of delivery.

We aim to deliver all your orders within the shortest possible time frame and process orders immediately. We don't accept cancellations on any orders once placed/ fulfilled/ OFD.
COD cancellation are taken up with cod fair play policy
Some customers do not accept COD order at the time of delivery due to various reasons – including change of mind. Due to this the parcel comes back to us which is called as RTO or return to Origin – which includes 200% courier fee. That means that for a parcel that is not delivered and comes back to us we have to spend approx Rs 400-600 INR unnecessarily. Moreover if the product was short in supply it is blocked only in transit for 15-20 days – and during this time a genuine buyer is not able to buy that product as it becomes temporarily out of stock! So- in the end only the genuine customers suffer due to non-delivery of a confirmed COD order.
We are always happy to provide COD of any value to all genuine customers who have a good track record in accepting COD orders. We process such orders manually and change a high value transaction into COD for all genuine clients. On the other hand – we blacklist all customers who do not accept COD orders without a valid reason.
In addition to this please also note that, “If any Confirmed COD order” is refused by acustomer at the time of delivery , we will not be able to provide COD facility to that client in future.
Returns & Refunds
Please note if you are making a purchase with Bauble Love it is assumed you are aware and have gone through our policy and are aware of the same.
All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from one another. Since natural stones, beads are organic in nature (no plastics for us, you or the planet), they may vary slightly. Hence no two products will ever be the same.
Every product category is made using a different technique hence elements of material and making wil vary basis size & weight of product. All stones, beads and pearls used are natural and they are inserted into the piece by hands and not machines. Their placement hence may vary slightly. This does not make the product defective.
Vintage are genuine and old pieces hence will have their own particulars. Please refer to our note on vintage for more information.
We mention details such as measurements, weight, materials, any intricate information about a specific purchase and nature of all our products in the product description. Please go through them before you place your order. If you have any futher query (pecific as products may vary basis style, material and any other specifics) about your need, please don't hesitate to contact us. Exchange Procedure
To place a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package, by contacting us throught whatsapp/call/email or instagram DM. Your query will be addressed and resolved in a maximum of 48 hours. In order to accept your return request, we will require unboxing video of the damaged (only for glass bangles) or incorrect item in the very first instance of your communication with us. Upon receiving the email communication with the unboxing videos and not images, based on the discretionary approval given by the Bauble Love QC team we will revert you immediately to help resolve the issue.
If your request is submitted after 24 hours of delivery no action will be taken.
The fresh or correct product will be dispatched to you, once we receive the returned order and it passes QC process.
Any exchange shipped to you will not be eligible for any different price/offer/discount code.
Cash refunds will only be given if the package is lost during transit or we are unable to ship your order to you.
Please note we levy a handling and shipping fee on returns with no issues at INR 250. You can only exchange a product once in a single order. Your exchange product will be considered final sale.
Conditions Under Which Return/Exchange is Denied
Incorrect or outdated delivery address. Incorrect format of delivery address. Three failed delivery attempts by our courier agent. Package refused by the recipient. Sizing & weight issues - Hence, please carefully review the sizes,weights and other particulars mentioned in the product description before placing the order. Products returned in a used or damaged condition. Minor colour and design variations, as all our products are handmade and the natural stones/pearls used are never the same.
There will be no return/exchange/replacement on customised orders, sale and offers, vintage, kundan Jadau and 925 silver items or items purchased using a credit note or gift coupon.
No return/exchange on 3 for 1800 & 3 for 3000 styles. Once you place an order we will not be able to change styles in your order and it will continue as it is. Please note in the unlikely event of damaged goods we only offer exchange with another unit of the same style. There are no returns for any other reason than those stated above.
Cash Refunds are offered only if shipment is declared lost by our courier partner. The same will be reversed to your original mode of payment. COD orders will be marked cancelled.

International orders are eligible for refunds once goods are shipped and recieved by us. Pleae note international orders don't have reverse pick up. Customer will be responsible for shipping the product to us.
