Leaving this review late but had to thank the team. There was an issue with the first delivery of the product and the team fixed it by having it picked up the same day and issuing an exchange and ensuring it was delivered to the next day. I shop online quite bit but be it a big or a small business when it comes to fixing an issue the lax and the amount of follow up one has to do is horrible and most customer support teams don't even care but this is where you guys stand out.
