RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our products are handcrafted with intricate proficiency by our skilful traditional craftsmen, resulting in each piece being unique and slightly distinct in their own way. We have displayed our product colours as accurately as possible to our best of efforts. However, due to all computers and phones having varying monitor screens, we can’t guarantee your display showcasing the colours identically.
All our products undergo a thorough quality check before being dispatched. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product from our end. Iis case, you may return the item(s) in the original packaging and in unworn condition, as primarily received by you.
There will be no return/exchange/replacement on customised orders, sale items or items purchased using a credit note or gift coupon. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
To place a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, by emailing us at email@example.com. In order to accept your return request, we will require photograph(s) of the damaged or incorrect item. Upon receiving the email with the images, based on the discretionary approval given by the our team, we will arrange for your damaged or incorrect product to be collected.
The fresh or correct product will be dispatched to you, once we receive the returned order. In case the product is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a store credit, which will be valid for 45 days after you receive it. Refunds will only be given if the package is lost during transit.
Conditions Under Which Return/Exchange is Denied
1.Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
2.Incorrect format of delivery address.
3.Three failed delivery attempts by our courier agent. Any reattempt of delivery will be charged with the return fee+fresh shipping charges.
4. Sizing issues - Hence, please carefully review the sizes mentioned in the product description before placing the order. You can also connect with us on Whatsapp on +91 7483555313 and we will help you figure out your size and if it can be made or is available.
5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition. Minor colour and design variations, as all our products are handmade and the natural stones,glass and materials used are never the same. Item is fresh and not damaged or faulty.
6.Package refused by the recipient.
