Returns & Refunds
- For all orders within India, we offer free shipping on prepaid orders above 2000. For International deliveries, shipping is calculated basis your order value and available at checkout.
- COD is available for all domestic orders, charges for the same are calculated basis your order value, weight of the products and available at checkout.
- For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
- For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country. Bauble Love has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
- Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of shipping. We will send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
- All international orders take 7-20 working days to get delivered. This depends on your country, duty and custom clearance timelines.
- At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 3 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
Returns & Exchange
Before return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisan in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. Natural stones & pearls are always different from each other. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
Bauble Love endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great pride and care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.
- We have a 2 working day return policy, which means you have 2 working days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 7 working days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
International orders are not eligible for free returns.
- We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a store credit, as applicable in your case. This will be processed within 2 business days after receiving of products as per Bauble Love - Terms & Conditions.
- Exchange is only applicable on another unit of the same product and subject to availability. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for one year.
- Refund will be made in the original method of payment – Only in case of order cancellation (unfulfillment on our end) within 24 hours of placing the order.
- We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or on offer and available at discounts .Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Vintage products are genuinely old handcrafted jewelry and items from tribes. Their condition before we procure them are beyond our control. Returns are only accepted if the product is different from the one ordered or damaged/defective.
Vintage is not perfect and they involve variations of size of stones, metal cuts, missing stones, color, size, finish, wax marks etc and are generally heavy to wear. This is due to the product being genuinely old (its pre-owned and has changed hands before coming to us) and its condition before it has reached is is not under our control. These are not seen as damages or defects. Weight and measurements and sizes (where applicable) are mentioned in the description.
- Please note once you place an order with us it enters the processing phase immediately hence we are unable to accept cancellation on orders.
- If you still wish to cancel any prepaid order you may do so at the time of delivery. In that case you will receive a store credit after deduction of both forward (also applicable for orders eligible for free shipping) and return shipping charges (1.5X of forward charge)
- COD orders cancelled at the time of delivery are not eligible for refund. Our COD policy will be applicable to all rejected orders.
COVID 19 Update
All prepaid orders placed during lockdown if cancelled are only eligible for store credit. No refunds will be issued. Once the nationwide lockdown is lifted your orders will be shipped on priority as per zonal clearance from local authorities.
