Please note: If you have made a purchase at Bauble love it is being assumed that you have gone through our return and refund policy.

What Is Our Return Policy?

Before you return a Bauble Love product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. ALL our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India and sourced from other countries, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. The stones, make, color, finish therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping. 

We have 13-days Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:

  • Please register your return request within 48 hours of delivery of the shipment on email with our team at with your 4-digit order id in the subject line. Any request received post 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. 
  • It should be unused with price tags (if any), brand tags, box (if any), gifts and all original packaging must be present. Please note the original outer packaging along with the tracking barcode page on the top is extremely necessary to be returned in its original form. We cannot process your return if the return barcode sheet  and other parts of the packing are missing. Please note if any part of the original packaging is missing Bauble Love reserves the right to reject the claim. 
  • Vintage | 925 Silver | Final Clearance Sale items are final sale and no return or exchange is applicable unless: 
    • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
    • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. Please note any irregularities relating to the product are stated in the product description and we request you to kindly go through the same before making a purchase. Please do photograph it as soon as you have opened the packaging. 

What If I Receive A Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product?

We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase.

We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at and we will take care of the rest.

How Do I Return An Item?

  1. Products can be returned within 10 days from the time of approval of goods at customer’s end, provided it meets the condition above. The customer needs to intimate us within 48 hours of receipt of goods at their end for exchange.
  2. Once we have received your email and our QC team has authorized the return, kindly self ship the product to us as per the details mentioned in the email. Please pack the product properly, Bauble Love will not liable for any damages that happen to the product during its return. Carefully packing the product is the shipper's responsibility
  3. For Shipments that are damaged or defective Bauble Love will issue a separate credit note of INR 100 for reverse shipping. 
  4. Bauble Love does not have refund policy. However, we would be happy to exchange your product or provide you with Bauble Love store credit in form of a coupon code. Bauble Love store credit value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased.
  5. Exchange is only valid on another unit of the same product purchased. 

What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check?

Bauble Love has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality –check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.

    No Return or Exchange will be offered in the following Cases: 

    1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
    2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
    3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
    4. Package refused by recipient.
    5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
    6. Products priced and sold under 500.

    8. Customized and pre order product. 
    9. We are not liable for any returns that we are not notified about within 48 hours of product receipt.


          1. Vintage jewelry styles at Bauble Love are authenticated and truly old.

    • They involve variations of size of stones, metal cuts, missing stones, color, size, finish,wax marks etc and are generally heavy to wear. This is due to the product being genuinely old (its pre-owned and has changed hands before coming to us) and its condition before it has reached is is not under our control. These are not seen as damages or defects.Please don't accept vintage products to be perfect. 
    • NOTE ON HAIR PINS: Each and every hair pin is different in style, make and adjustments, their fit and use depends on your hair volume, style and how you choose to wear them. The main purpose of the pin is novelty. 
    • For each and every product we have detailed product description mentioning their condition, size and fit. Vintage products are not perfect and no two designs will ever be the same, it is their imperfections that make them beautiful.     2. Vintage Silver & regular (925 silver) styles are final sale. Natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions. Minor variations in design is expected as each and every piece is hand crafted and not made with machines or casting models. 

    3. Clearance Sale products are final sale. Return are accepted if the product is defective or damaged in transit.
